The Goetheanum was under renovation and had scaffolds inside and out. Some of our group befriended a guide at the Goetheanum and she agreed to let us tour it with her and go inside the auditorium as well. She did not allow us to photograph inside the auditorium, but I actually found the other architecture of the stairwells and halls more beautiful.
This website, Visual Melt, has more incredible pictures of the Goetheanum, of the first one as well, and other buildings.
If I ever get back to Switzerland, I would love to see this for myself. You have really piqued my interest with those photos.
Hilda, all the things we saw were incredible, and hopefully you will indeed get back to Switzerland. This 15 day tour was definitely worth it, and she goes every summer!
I am sorry to have missed the tour you were on!
It was great Sandrine and we just lucked out that Joe and Mark had arranged the tour and were there at the right time! 🙂
