Many wonderful sponsors. This is our favorite pick-your-own-fruit/farm store/restaurant just outside of Paonia, Delicious Orchards. The owner, Jeff Schwartz, is from whom we buy the buckets of raw apple cider vinegar for the cows.

My very favorite farmer, Mark Waltermire with Thistle Whistle Farm, who laboriously plants, harvests and brings the most glorious heirloom vegetables, tomatoes, herbs, peppers… to our local farmers market every week. I buy cases from him each year to preserve and dry, and he is a joy and wealth of information. Kalon serves Mark’s bounty in his restaurant.
