We have decided to sell our beloved farm in Colorado.
As I know many of you homestead and love this type of life, I ask that you might think of someone who would love this place as much as we do.
This property does not have to be run as a full time farm, as there are many ranching neighbors that could irrigate the meadows and cut the hay.

We are located appx 35 min from both Gunnison and Lake City Colorado, and about 1 hour from Crested Butte.

Such a beautiful place – a gorgeous view from every window! I know you must hate to leave it, but there comes a time in our lives when we need change. I’m about to move after 58 years in my home. Am praying someone will buy it who loves it as you have.
