Our Powderhorn Colorado River Property is For Sale

Dear friends of grassfood.

We have decided to sell our beloved farm in Colorado.

As I know many of you homestead and love this type of life, I ask that you might think of someone who would love this place as much as we do.

This property does not have to be run as a full time farm, as there are many ranching neighbors that could irrigate the meadows and cut the hay.

I have made a small website that has many beautiful pictures of our place, and information.

We are located appx 35 min from both Gunnison and Lake City Colorado, and about 1 hour from Crested Butte.

Here is the website (click here) or https://powderhornriverproperty.wordpress.com

Please share this with all those who might be interested, especially and realtors that might have clients looking for a property like this.

Thank you so much.

love, health and happiness to you all. Jamie

  1. What will you do?, where will you go?
Call me so I can hear the rest of your Switzerland trip story.
    Love to you my friend.
Much blessings your way I pray.

    • Hi Renee, all is well, it is time for us to downsize is all. We will stay in Colorado I’m sure. ❤ I hopefully soon will get back to finishing the posts on the Swiss sourdough. xoxo

  2. Such a beautiful place – a gorgeous view from every window! I know you must hate to leave it, but there comes a time in our lives when we need change. I’m about to move after 58 years in my home. Am praying someone will buy it who loves it as you have.

    • Thank you dear Callie! Daddy sure loved this place, and we adore it. I’ve been thinking of you and hope you are well. Wow, that must be bitter sweet for you to move. I wish you the very best in your new place. Much love to you. xoxo

I would love to hear your thoughts.
